Processing and shipping times go hand in hand at yourhairlink.com

Processing time is the amount of time taken to produce the product and shipping time is the amount of time taken for the product to be delivered from the sender (yourhairlink.com) to the recipient (the client). In-stock items will generally have a quicker processing and shipping time. Please note these times are subject to change and you may receive your package sooner than initially expected. 

Please allow all orders within the United States to be delivered within 4-20 business days (excluding holidays and weekends and possible future pandemics) after payment has been processed. This shipping timeframe may also be affected by weather change, and is subject to change at any time. 

It is extremely important to double-check and update address information, and include apartment units or building numbers where applicable. This will ensure your package gets delivered to the correct place. 

All packages will require signature confirmation 

Please note, we are not responsible for packages that are lost with the shipping carrier if we have provided the correct address. We can not provide a credit or exchange for packages lost on behalf of the carrier. In the case of a package being lost or misplaced at the time of delivery, you will have to contact the shipping carrier through their customer service email or number for updates or whereabouts of your package, or to open an investigation to lead to the retrieval of your package.
