No Refunds Policy for eBooks/Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed.

Important:

  1. Email Accuracy: Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. This is crucial, as your download link will be sent to the email address you provide. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect email entry.

  2. Saving Your Download: After downloading your eBook or digital content, please make sure to save the file to your device immediately. We recommend saving it to a secure location in your files, so you continue to have access to the content. Once the download link is sent, we cannot provide additional download links, so safeguarding your copy is essential.

If you encounter any technical issues with the download, please contact us at yourhairlink@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

 

No Refunds Policy For Wigs/Revamped Wigs/Hair Products

Due to the careful inspection of every order before being shipped out to clients, all purchases made at youhairlink.com are final sales and will not be refundable unless yourhairlink is proven at fault.

Orders eligible for a refund, once the items have been received by yourhairlink, include: 

  • yourhairlink shipping to the incorrect address from what was provided at the time of your original order.
  • yourhairlink sending the wrong item from what was purchased at the time of your original order. 

Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving your package. 

 The following list includes what are not eligible for an exchange:

  •  Items that are not within its original state. This includes being altered in any shape or form.
  • Alterations are: being worn, brushed, washed, installed, handled with hair products or hair tools, customized, or used in any form shape or form.
Please be mindful as this policy is in full effect due to sanitation purposes and helps us provide our best efforts in keeping our clients safe. 

 

If your items are returned to yourhairlink in a used or altered condition, your items will be returned to you at the address provided at the time of your original order and an exchange will not be given.

 

All purchases will require signature confirmation. Disputes made towards www.yourhairlink.com on false information in an attempt to acquire free products will result in being legally banned from purchasing from the site.
